Problem Fixed

With the munchkin being oddly fascinated with a yard design magazine, and me rummaging around the Vanguard forums, I'm left with too much of a snacky craving mood.

And the earlier dilemma of devouring the last bag of kettle corn was just more than I could bear.

So I searched for a kettle corn recipe since I did have some regular old popcorn kernels in the kitchen.

I found a simple recipe that I thought I'd give a try to and I am pleasantly pleased as to how it turned out!!! And it was so easy!

So here I am, snacking away on yummy fresh kettle corn, while the microwave bag is still in the panty for a quick zap tonight for the husband.
