And if I wasn't overwhelmed enough, I was reading through my mail tonight (snail mail that is...) and received yet another macaroni and cheese recipe from Martha herself! I had a good chuckle over that...
I'd like to try all the recipes at once and hold a taste testing contest... or maybe I should have a mac n cheese party...

You could post the recipes on All About Food or Cabal & let us decide which one we'd like to make... I'd be willing to give one or two a try!

I need to email you a great one that is Italian and doesn't taste like traditional mac and cheese, but it is wonderful.
I think Greekchickie's idea is great. It is too bad that it would not mail well. But we could do something like that sometime on the cooking cabal. You know like a cookie exchange or we could do breads or other groupings. Everyone find one great recipe and mail it to everyone who wants to participate.
